Access to Tranquility has been restored again. We're still expecting intermittent issues, but monitoring again for now.

Unfortunately the initial reboot doesn't appear to have resolved the issue, a second reboot is currently in progress.

A server restart is being scheduled for 19:10 to resolve the ongoing connection and NES issues.

We believe we've found the cause of the outage, along with intermittent login issues, and we are working to resolve it.
